• Applied Kickboxing—the application of skills through controlled sparring.
• Aikido—a functional style rather than a traditional stylized discipline.
• Grappling—including stand-up ,clinch, takedown, and ground defense.
• Weapons—Bo-Staff, Katana Sword, Nunchuku and Escrima.
• Hard-Core Fitness—a 30-minute fitness program for teens and adults.

DOJO STORE For years our online proshop for children and adult martial art apparel has been our main source for contributions to selected charities. All profits from the sales generated through the dojo store go to support the efforts of the American Red Cross. Any item purchased through our dojo store may be worn in class.

Nobody offers a comparable set of program choices in our area.

Additionally, though a separate company we produce and distribute instructional and educational DVD’s to the Martial Art and fitness industry world wide. We have been successfully doing this since 2003.
