5pm OR 6pm / What is Hard-Core Fitness? This is complete fitness program that is designed for people on-the-go who have little time for the gym but enjoy the motivation of like-minded people interested in getting better fit and staying fit in a friendly non-threatening way. The program is broken up into 5 distinct segments: Warm-up—upper body—lower body—combined upper and lower (core)—cool down.
